Booking & Payments 

  • Reservation/Retainer Amount, Due Dates, Accepted Payment Methods
    A security deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event. Payments may be made via Credit/Debit Card.

Example: If your event is scheduled for June 15 the full balance must be paid by June 8.

  • Security/Damage Deposit Rules and Return Timeline
    A refundable security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7–10 business days after the event, provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations.

Example:If a renter places a deposit of $250 for their event and the White Stable venue is returned clean, undamaged, and in compliance with all policies, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days after the event. If damages or violations are found, a portion or all of the deposit may be retained to cover repair or replacement costs.

  • Overtime Rates and When the Clock Starts/Ends
    The rental period begins at the contracted start time and ends at the contracted end time, including setup and cleanup. 

 

Example: If your contracted rental period is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, any use of items before or past 6:00 PM will incur overtime fees unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
