Cancellations/Rescheduling/Refunds 

  • Cutoffs and Refund Schedule

    • Any renter who cancels within fourteen (14) days or fewer after making a reservation will receive a rain-check/store credit for the amount paid.

    • Any renter who cancels fifteen (15) days or more after booking the event date will forfeit all deposits and rental fees

Example: If you booked your event on December 1 and cancel on December 10, your payment will be converted to a store credit, which can be used for future venue rental.

If you cancel on December 20, your deposit and rental fees will be forfeited.

  • Force Majeure / Weather Provisions - In the event of a power outage, pandemic, severe weather (tornado, ice, etc.), or any other act of nature, The White Stable will not issue refunds for cancellations. Instead, any payments made will be applied as a store credit (“rain-check”) toward a future event date. 

The White Stable is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements related to other event services hired by the renter (such as catering, entertainment, or decorations).

Example:
If your event is canceled due to a tornado warning, the amount you’ve already paid will be credited toward a future booking date instead of refunded.
