 Cleaning & Damage Policy

  • Broom-Clean Return Standard, Trash Handling, Linens/Furniture Care
    Renters must leave The White Stable in the same clean condition as upon arrival. All decorations, personal items, and trash must be removed and placed in designated dumpsters. Any excessive cleaning required beyond normal use (including bathrooms, lobby, or parking areas) will result in deductions from the damage deposit.

Example: If a renter’s event leaves trash or spills in the lobby or fails to remove decorations, an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from their deposit after inspection.

  • Charge-back table for repairs, excessive cleaning, missing equipment 

Fees for excessive cleaning, damages, or missing equipment will be deducted from the renter’s damage deposit. A detailed statement of retained fees will be provided upon request. Personal property left behind after the event may be disposed of, and The White Stable is not liable for any loss or damage.

 

Example: If a table is damaged or linens are stained beyond repair, the replacement cost will be charged to the renter and deducted from the deposit.
