Venue right to capture non-identifying images of the setup (optional)
The White Stable reserves the right to capture non-identifying photos or videos of event setups, décor, and venue arrangements for marketing or promotional purposes. Photos of guests or private moments will not be taken without consent.
Example: The White Stable may post a photo of the reception setup on its website or social media, but will not include images of guests without permission.
Client media rights and restrictions
Renters may take photos and videos during their event. When posting on social media, the venue should be credited or tagged in public posts.
Example: A client can post event photos on their business page but must obtain approval before using The White Stable’s name or logo in advertisements.
