Setup, Decor & Use of Space 

  • Load-In/Out Windows, Staging Areas, Elevator Usage
    Load-in and setup times must be within the reserved rental period. Early access must be approved in writing and may incur additional fees.

Example: If your event is booked from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, setup may begin at 2:00 PM. Arriving at 12:00 PM for early setup would require prior written approval and an added fee.

  • Allowed Items
    3M Command strips, easels, freestanding décor, and battery-operated candles are permitted.

Example: You may hang welcome signs using 3M strips, but taping signage to walls or floors, or using real candles or sparklers, is not allowed.

  • Prohibited Items
    Nails, staples, tape on floors, confetti, glitter, fog machines, pyrotechnics, or open flames (unless LED-approved) are not allowed.

Example: Using real candles, confetti poppers, or taping décor to the floor will result in a cleaning or damage fee deduction from your deposit.
