Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requirement
All outside vendors must provide proof of liability insurance naming The White Stable as an additional insured with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Proof Due / Right to Refuse
Proof of insurance must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. The venue reserves the right to deny access to any vendor who fails to meet these requirements or violates venue policies.
Example: If a catering company is hired and fails to submit a COI by the 14-day deadline, the venue may refuse entry to the caterer, and the renter is responsible for ensuring all approved vendors meet the insurance requirements
